The Story behind
Soul Sunshine

Hi, I am Sylvia Mather.

I've always been fascinated by stories - especially the ones we tell ourselves, and the ones we don't.

Born in Austria between the high peaks of the Alps and shaped by life in Australia, I've spent over a decade creating spaces where people feel safe enough to tell the truth about who they really are, beneath the roles, the expectations and the versions of themselves they think they should be.

What started as creative storytelling became something deeper. Through film, conversation and transformational experiences, I kept witnessing the same thing: when people truly see themselves - their authentic patterns, their real story - everything changes. Like a light coming on.

This is where Soul Sunshine lives. In that moment of recognition and awakening.

Whether I'm producing a campaign that captures an organisation's soul, hosting conversations that reveal hidden truths, or guiding someone through their Human Design and energy work - the intention is always the same: to help you see and express who you really are.
